Care for the Mentally Ill

For public safety the only alternative is for your mother, the kindergarten aid, to keep guns in her house to protect herself from her mentally ill child.

I don't know why God has sent us the mentally ill. I do know that in the name of individual liberty we are killing them, and letting them kill us.
